Ginie specializes in correctional and structural bodywork, including myofascial release, assisted stretching, and sports massage. As a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner since 2017, Ginie also integrates massage cupping with various techniques to unwind fascia and promote healing. Her motto is: "If it's not hurting, it's not working!" So be ready for an experience that brings both relief and long-term benefits.
Courtnee's trauma-sensitive approach honors the current state of your body path to healing and self-connection. With experience helping clients manage a wide range of conditions such as tech neck, migraines, pregnancy, PTSD, and autism, her specialties include Deep Tissue, Assisted Stretching, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, and Reiki while being intentional, attentive, and deeply restorative.
